my activity during holiday

the off season 


    What an absolute time to be alive, where all the assignments all the work are paused, time seem to stop for a couple of second however it moves once again...

special???

    My holiday was not an amazing journey is not like I go to Paris to take a selfie with the Eiffel tower and then go to Italy to get a taste of authentic pasta, then continuing surfing to bali. Its really wasnt that type of story is really normal i got to stay, however, i really enjoy the experience.

padang human journal 

    This holiday wasn't filled by amazing trips or fancy shopping however it is really special to me why ? well my family from Padang come to Bandung it is like showing them another part of the world, they were soooooo lovely kind and loving. we go around exploring Bandung, from going to Bandung park zoo up until ciwidey, it a not a fancy trip however sharing laugh and smile with them filled my heart with joy. an amazing trip with amazing human i got to say.

Reflection

    I do some reflection to on myself in this holiday. as i say this holiday is really special to me, other than my family from padang is coming, this my first holiday of being a high schooler, i do a lot of reflection on myself from this holiday on reflecting the past thing I've done up until planning what's ahead me.

journaling

    As i say i do a lot of reflection at this holiday because this is my first holiday of high scholar there a lot of importance on journaling,It was a place to confess your struggles and fears without judgment or punishment. It likely felt good to get all of those thoughts and feelings out of your head and down on paper. The world seemed clearer.You may have stopped using a diary once you reached adulthood. But the concept and its benefits still apply. Now it’s called journaling. It's simply writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly. And if you struggle with stress, depression, or anxiety, keeping a journal can be a great idea. It can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health.
